There is nothing on this page you have to accept without checking. Every licence statement on these pages originates in a public register, and those are open for anyone to check:

1. For a Malta licence, the MGA authorisation portal is the place to look, and the company name is what you search for. It is common for the licensee to carry a different name from the brand, and Pragmatic Solutions MT Limited holds Pragmatic Play’s Malta licence while nothing called Pragmatic Play does.
2. Enter the account number at the Gambling Commission public register to find a UK licence. Activities and their start dates are shown for an active licence, and a regulatory settlement against the holder, if any, is shown on that record too.
3. Need a PAGCOR EGLD listing for a studio, then fetch its approved-games PDF from pagcor.ph. Read it for what it actually approves, which is game content aimed at licensed operators. When the document does not say the studio is licensed, the answer is that it is not.
4. Look on the studio’s own page for the title in question when you need an RTP figure. If it is absent there, comparison sites cannot make it up, and if two of them contradict each other, that contradiction is the finding.

The thing most often got wrong here

Here, the key point is the gap between a PAGCOR operator licence and a PAGCOR EGLD listing. An EGLD listing is PAGCOR’s sign that a studio’s game content is approved for the operators it licenses. Not a licence of the studio’s, it is also silent on any casino that carries those games.
